This paper represents how an opti- mization problem consists of maxi- mizing or minimizing a real func- tion by systematically choosing input values from within an allowed set and computing the value of the function can be solved. A program that searches documents for speci- fied keywords and returns a list of the documents where the keywords were found. It uses a proprietary algorithm to create its indices such that, ideally, only meaningful re- sults are returned for each query. A program that automatically fetches Web pages. They are used to feed pages to search engines. It crawls over the web and starts with a list of URLs to visit, called the seeds. As the crawler visits these URLs, it identifies all the hyperlinks in the page and adds them to the list of URLs to visit, called the crawl fron- tier.
