Abstract:

In the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing, businesses are continuously challenged with addressing complex problems and seizing opportunities in a rapidly changing environment. This paper explores the application of Design Thinking as a problem-solving framework tailored for the dynamic nature of digital marketing. Drawing upon principles from design, psychology, and business strategy, Design Thinking offers a human-centred approach to innovation that prioritizes empathy, creativity, and iterative experimentation. Through a comprehensive review of literature, this paper elucidates how Design Thinking can be effectively employed to identify, analyse, and solve challenges encountered in various facets of digital marketing, including customer engagement, brand positioning, and campaign optimization. Furthermore, practical strategies for integrating Design Thinking into organisation process are discussed, emphasizing collaboration, cross-functional teams, and a bias towards action.
